Jaunpur. ORS week in SS Hospital located in Line Bazar of the city by Indian Red Cross Society District Branch Jaunpur in which under 25 to 31 July
  Women were made aware about the importance of ORS solution and its impact on the lives of infants, as well as ORS and zinc packets were distributed by SS Hospital to the people who came to the camp.
While addressing the program, CMO Dr. Laxmi Singh, while making women aware, said that ORS solution is life saving, by using it children can be saved from other deadly diseases including dehydration, healthy children are the only country and society. Therefore, there is a special need for mothers to be aware of the health of babies. Special guest former MLA Zafarabad Dr. Harendra Singh said that the state and central government are very alert and serious about the health of the common man, that is why the government has made toilets in every house as well as making arrangements for pure drinking water for all. Because due to open defecation and lack of pure drinking water, many diseases are born. Dr. NK Singh described ORS solution as a panacea for babies, program coordinator Dr. Tej Singh threw light on the preparation and proper use of ORS solution in detail.

 
The program was conducted by Red Cross Society Secretary Dr. Manoj Vats and in the end, Red Cross Society Treasurer Dr. Sandeep Pandey expressed his gratitude to all.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Medical Officer Dr. Prabhat Kumar, Shashikant Singh, Vidyadhar Rai' student, SN Singh, Santosh Singh Pintu, Navneet Rai, Ram Prakash, Rakesh Yadav, Amit Yadav and a large number of women and hospital staff were present.
