Hardoi, May 8. World Red Cross Day was celebrated by Indian Red Cross Society branch Hardoi to commemorate the birth anniversary of Henry Dunant, the founder of Red Cross, by performing various types of service activities.In the program organized at the Red Cross building this morning, first a wreath was laid on the portrait of Red Cross founder Henry Dunant and then in the seminar organized

Red Cross Managing Committee member Abhishek Gupta threw light on the biography of John Henry, the father of the Red Cross and discussed various aspects. Managing Committee member Gopal ji seriously discussed the topic of service to the suffering humanity and urged the people present to come forward for service. Appealed, at the conclusion of the program, membership certificates given by the National Office of the Indian Red Cross Society were also distributed to the life members.

  The program was conducted by Secretary Sunil Singh Somvanshi. Managing committee members Gopal Divedi, Abhishek Gupta, life members MK Dixit, Akash Singh, Virendra, Shivendra, Utkarsh Mishra, Laxmikant Tiwari etc. were present in the program.
