Organized on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day and organized a huge blood donation and legal awareness camp Jaunpur 14 June 2022 (UP)-  The instructions given in the action plan 2022-23 issued by the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and the Hon'ble District Judge / President, District Legal Services Authority With the permission of Smt. Vani Ranjan Agrawal, District Legal Services Authority, Jaunpur and Red Cross Society of India Jaunpur, JCI Jaunpur organized a huge blood donation camp and awareness program at District Hospital (Umanath Singh) Jaunpur. Smt. Shivani Rawat, Secretary, District Legal Services Blood donation camp and awareness program was organized by the authority.

The program was inaugurated by the member Legislative Council Brijesh Singh, Principal Chief Medical Officer Dr. Laxmi Singh, Shivani Rawat Secretary, full time District Legal Services Authority by cutting the ribbon. Chief Guest Member Legislative Council Brijesh Singh Prinsoo said that there are many misconceptions in the general public regarding blood donation, they fear that donating blood may cause any problem, but it is not so. He said that donating blood is a true service towards humanity, today there is a need to make common people aware on a large scale.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Laxmi Singh, while explaining the benefits of donating blood, made everyone aware about donating blood. He said that giving one unit of blood can save someone's life.

While addressing the blood donation and awareness camp, Secretary full time District Legal Services Authority Shivani Rawat said that the value of blood donation is known at the time when someone close to him needs blood. One unit of blood can benefit four people.

Program coordinator Dr. Manoj Vats said that in the year 2004, World Health Organization and International Red Cross Association started Blood Donation Day for the first time on 14th June, since then Red Cross operates blood donor day continuously.

Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Dr. Qamar Abbas, Dr. Anju Singh, Amit Gupta, Ravi Singh, Sanjay Singh, Salil Yadav, Janardan Singh, Rakesh Mishra, Amit Singh, Dr. Hemant Singh, Ashwini Singh, Karan Singh, Rajkumar Bind were present in this program. .
