On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji's birthday on 2nd October, Indian Red Cross Society Deoria helped the people affected by the flood disaster from today. Help of the people injured in road accidents to the hospital. Help of the people suffering from cancer and eye operation of the disabled. 75 people including officers and employees who did remarkable work including Red Cross volunteers, policemen, health workers, Anganwadi workers, Chief Development Officer IAS, who did remarkable work in helping etc. were present. Municipality Chairperson Alka Singh ji was honored by Indian Red Cross Society Chairman Ramesh Chandra Singh, Vice Chairman Dr. TP Singh, District Coordinator Vikas Tiwari and Red Cross Society Uttar Pradesh Vice Chairman Akhilendra Shahi.
