District Youth Festival 2023 was organized in the premises of Sant Vinoba Degree College, Deoria. In which different departments set up their stalls and information related to their departments was given to the people. A stall was allotted to the Indian Red Cross Society Deoria on the occasion showcasing the activities of the Red Cross. The program was inaugurated at 10:30 am by District Magistrate Deoria Mr. Jitendra Pratap Singh. After inspection of the stalls of various departments, the District Magistrate reached the stall of Red Cross. Here the Deputy Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society Uttar Pradesh / Deoria Branch Secretary Mr. Akhilendra Shahi And Navneet Agarwal, a member of the Management Committee of the Indian Red Cross Society Deoria, inspected the stall and gave information about the items displayed on the stall. The District Magistrate took detailed information from Akhilendra Shahi ji about the oxygen canister displayed on the stall.Red Cross The volunteers present at the stall were informing the visitors about the goods displayed at the stall.

Deoria Sadar MLA Shri Shalabh Mani Tripathi also inspected the stall of Red Cross and took detailed information from Akhilendra Shahi ji about the programs of Red Cross.

On this occasion, Himanshu Kumar Singh, a lifelong member of the Indian Red Cross Society, Deoria, who has made a significant contribution in the field of environmental protection, while giving the message of sparrow conservation, Dr. Shailendra Rao, Head of the Department of Hindi, Sant Vinoba Degree College and NCC A cadet was gifted a house made of terracotta.
