Program Description
Dubey Chapra. Hygiene kits were distributed by the Indian Red Cross Society at PN Inter College Dubey Chapra on Friday to the girls of flood affected Gram Sabha Gopalpur, Daya Chapra, Jagdeva, Keharpur of the area.
           Under the guidance of District Magistrate/President Indian Red Cross Society Ballia Soumya Agarwal, hygienic kits were distributed among 400 girls of the flood affected area under the able leadership of Deputy District Magistrate Bairia Atreya Mishra. The program was started by lighting the lamp by Deputy District Magistrate and former MLA Surendra Singh.
      On this occasion, former MLA Surendra Singh said that the health of women strengthens the society including the whole family. In India, women have always been worshiped and respected, an example of this is found everywhere.
In his address, Deputy District Magistrate Bairia said that education of women is very important in the present environment, if one woman of the family is educated then the whole family becomes educated. Family and society have to come forward to empower women. On this occasion, Baria Circle Officer, Sub Inspector Sunil Singh, Chairman of Red Cross Society Sanjay Kumar Gupta, District Coordinator Shailendra Kumar Pandey, Sardar Surendra Singh Khalsa, Sardar Jitendra Singh,
Shyam Babu Rauniyar, Dr. Pankaj Ojha, Shashikant Ojha, Nandani Singh, project coordinator of Namami Gange, Shalabh Upadhyay, Mantu etc. honored members were present. It was conducted by Kumar Abhishek Rai and presided over by Principal Shri Prakash Mishra.
