In compliance with the far-reaching thinking and meaningful initiative of the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Mrs. Anandiben Patel ji, on the instructions of District Magistrate Deoria Shri Ashutosh Niranjan ji, on the occasion of World Tuberculosis (TOVO) day today by Indian Red Cross Society Deoria in Dhanwantri Auditorium of District Hospital Deoria. 13 patients were adopted and provided nutritious food.

In the program, Indian Red Cross Society Deoria President / District Magistrate Shri Ashutosh Niranjan adopted 5 patients, Vice President / Chief Medical Officer Dr Alok Pandey 1 patient, Government Secretary / Additional CMO Dr Rajendra Prasad adopted 1 patient and gave them nutritious food. Along with this, Shri Akhilendra Shahi, Deputy Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society State Branch, Uttar Pradesh 1 and Life Members of Indian Red Cross Society Deoria Ajay Pratap Singh, Upendra Kumar Yadav, Navneet Agarwal, Himanshu Kumar Singh and Prasanna Srivastava 1- Adopted 1 patient and provided them nutritious food.

District Magistrate Deoria encouraged all the adoptive members by giving them letters of encouragement.
