The program was inaugurated by Dr. Shuaib Akhtar, Deputy District Tuberculosis Officer, Sitaupar, while appreciating the Red Cross, he appealed to other organizations to participate in this noble work. On this occasion Dr. Shuaib Akhtar Deputy DTO, Ashish Tandon STS, Pankaj Srivastava STLS and Red Cross Deputy Chairman Farhat Baig Sunny, Red Cross Secretary Riyaz Ahmed, Hasnain Sajid, Satyam Kumar, Naval Kishor, Ahsan etc. were present.
