On August 6, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Honorable Mr. Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government and Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Society, the second meeting of the Managing Committee was convened online.

Mr. Amarnath Mishra was appointed as Vice Chairman, and

From among the applications received for the post of General Secretary, Mr. Ramanand Katiyar was appointed as the General Secretary of the organization.
As per the Uniform Rules, the vacant posts were also filled unanimously.
