Based on the information given by Arjun Gupta, life member of Indian Red Cross Society, Kamala Devi, 75 years, wife of Bhola Prasad, resident of Radha Nagar, Fatehpur, admitted in Lifeline Hospital, Fatehpur, was advised by the doctor to be given one unit of B positive blood; she had no one to donate blood. On getting this information, Dr Anurag Srivastava, Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society, Fatehpur, arranged for one unit of blood from the blood centre of District Hospital, Fatehpur. On this occasion, Coordinator of Indian Red Cross Society Blood Transfusion Committee Ashok Shukla, Brij Kishore, Co-ordinator Kaushal Srivastava, Vinod Kumar were present.
