Indian Red Cross Society Bhadohi branch organized a blood donation camp, eye and health checkup medical camp at Chakwa Mahavir Mandir. 25 units of blood were donated in the camp. 15 cataract patients were selected for operation. 275 patients were given medicines for treatment after health checkup. Secretary Dr. Bharatendu Dwivedi while welcoming all the guests and doctors in the camp said that this camp was organized at Chakwa Mahavir Mandir as part of assistance and service work in rural areas. The number of women was more due to the presence of lady doctor Dr. Nitisha Pandey. Dr. Ajay Kumar Maurya, Dr. Anupam Agarwal, Dr. PK Singh Lalchand, Mahendra Kumar Pal, Dr. Rajesh, Dr. Rahul etc. provided their services in the camp. Shri Nagendra Singh thanked the Red Cross and the doctors present on behalf of Chakwa village for organizing the camp. He said that Red Cross has done good to this area by providing its services to this rural area. On this occasion members like Saurabh Jaiswal, Abhay Shrivastava, Ajita Prasad Pandey, RN Singh, MI Khan, Alok Gupta, Kamal Kumar, Doctor JP Kumar, Anand Gupta, Shashikant Maurya etc were present. Treasurer Mr. Harendra Pratap Singh expressed his gratitude.
