Program Description
Today on 30/01/25 at 11 am under the Sparsh Leprosy Awareness Campaign, under the coordination of Dr. Satyanarayan Seva Foundation and under the aegis of Indian Red Cross Society, blankets and food items (biscuits, fruits, boondi) were distributed to 20 leprosy patients by Chairman Dr. Anurag Srivastava. The program was conducted by Dr. Mahendra ARO. On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajiv Nayan Giri was present as the chief guest. Dr. Anurag said that we will leave no stone unturned to make our district free from leprosy and leprosy is cured by timely treatment and there should be no discrimination of any kind with leprosy patients. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ishteyak Ahmed, Dr. Rajendra Kumar District Leprosy Officer, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Virendra Singh along with Ajit Singh Secretary, Prashant Chaturvedi, Abhinav Srivastava were present.
