Nutrition Packets Were Distributed To Tuberculosis Patients

Program Description
Today on 18/01/25 at 11 am, under the leadership of Dr. Anurag Srivastava, Coordinator and Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society, under the Prime Minister TB Free Campaign, nutrition material was distributed to 50 TB patients adopted at Community Health Center Bindki and awareness campaign was run under 100-day TB Intensive Campaign. Dr. Dharmendra Medical Superintendent Community Health Center Bindki was present as the chief guest in the program. First of all, the program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest and Dr. Anurag by providing nutrition material to 5 TB patients. Thereafter, Dr. Anurag requested all the TB patients and their family members to make themselves and all the villagers aware for TB free India and everyone was sworn in for TB free India. Dr. Anurag said that along with the distribution of nutrition material in Fatehpur urban areas, now nutrition material will be provided to TB patients in rural areas also every month till the completion of the medical course of the patients. Peanuts, gram, jaggery, sattu, protein powder were provided in each nutrition kit. Thereafter, all the people present were given lifelong nutrition kits. Nutritional material was provided to all tuberculosis patients by the members. On this occasion, TB Senior Treatment Supervisor and Secretary Ajit Singh, Bindki coordinator Laxmi Chandra Omar, life member Nirmala Singh Bhadauria, Nareshpal Singh, Kapil Kumar, Anoop Agarwal, Vikas Tiwari, Himanshu Srivastava and main associate Rashid Hussain, Senior Treatment Supervisor were present.
