Based on the information given by Rituraj Nigam, life member of Indian Red Cross Society, yesterday on 17/12/24 at 10 pm, patient Anshika, wife of Dharmendra Kumar, resident of Hathgaon Fatehpur, who is admitted in Smita Nursing Home, Fatehpur, was to undergo an operation. The doctor advised for transfusion of one unit of blood. They did not have any blood donor. As soon as President of Indian Red Cross Society Dr Anurag Shrivastava came to know about this, immediately one unit of blood was arranged from the blood centre of the district hospital. Red Cross Blood Transfusion Committee member Brij Kishore and Narendra Kumar Govind Prasad were present from the blood centre.
