Program Description
On the occasion of the martyrdom day of revolutionaries Ashfaqulla Khan, Ramprasad Bismil and Thakur Roshan Singh ji, who were martyred in the freedom struggle of the country, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized at the District Hospital Blood Center under the aegis of the Indian Red Cross Society today on 19/12/24 at 10 am. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. RP Singh, Principal Medical College, Dr. Prabhakant Singh and Dr. Ishteyak Ahmed Chief Medical Officer by jointly cutting the ribbon. Then the Principal and Chief Medical Superintendent were honored by Chairman Dr. Anurag Srivastava and life members by presenting badge decoration, garland and insignia. A total of 7 blood donations were made and 15 people also registered for the next camp. The chief guest and special guests of the camp also gave a message to all the people to donate blood and also encouraged the service work being done by the Red Cross. Among those who donated blood for the first time were Abhishek Kumar Rewari resident, Ramnaresh Tiwari, member of the Red Cross family since 1986, Sanjeev Gupta Manager RG Children's Academy, Shahnoor Alam journalist, Danish Bakshi TB Treatment Supervisor Hussainganj, Jitendra Kumar, Anil Kumar Shah resident donated blood. All the blood donors were encouraged by the chief guest, special guest and Red Cross chairman by presenting them medals and certificates. On this occasion Ajit Singh secretary, Sanjay Srivastava advisor, life member Vedprakash Gupta, Vishnubabu Srivastava, Aditi Gupta, Dr Abhishek Singh from district hospital blood bank, Dr Shivam, Ashok Shukla coordinator blood transfusion committee Indian Red Cross Society, co-convener Kaushal Srivastava, Puja Tiwari, Deepali Verma, Brij Kishore, Narendra Singh, Raju Kaithwas, Subhash Maurya, Sulabh and DMLT students of medical college were present.
