Nutrition Packets Were Distributed To Tuberculosis Patients

Program Description
Today on 18/12/24 at 11 am, under the leadership of Dr. Anurag Srivastava, Coordinator and Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society, under the Prime Minister TB Free Campaign, nutrition material distribution, water conservation and de-addiction campaign was run for 50 TB patients adopted at Community Health Center Bindki. Dr. Abdul Haq, Medical Officer, TB Department, Community Health Center Bindki was present as the chief guest in the program. First of all, the program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest and Dr. Anurag by providing nutrition material to 5 TB patients. Thereafter, Dr. Anurag requested all the TB patients and their family members to make themselves and all the villagers aware about water conservation and de-addiction and everyone was sworn in for water conservation and de-addiction. Dr. Anurag said that along with the distribution of nutrition material in Fatehpur urban areas, now nutrition material will be provided to TB patients in rural areas also every month till the completion of the medical course of the patients. Peanuts, gram, jaggery, sattu, protein powder were provided in each nutrition kit. Thereafter, nutritional material was provided to all the tuberculosis patients by Laxmi Chandra Omar, coordinator, Indian Red Cross Society Bindki and the life members present. On this occasion, TB Senior Treatment Supervisor and Secretary Ajit Singh, life member Anoop Agarwal, Vikas Tiwari, Sanjay Agarwal, Alok Kumar Gaur and key associates Rashid Hussain, Senior Treatment Supervisor, Devendra Lab Supervisor, Rakesh Kumar PPM were present.
