Today on 14/12/24 at 11 am, based on the information given by Indian Red Cross Society Disabled Cell Coordinator Chaitanya Kumar, patient Sofia w/o Hanif resident of Faridpur Joniha Fatehpur, who is admitted in Harivansh Hospital, Fatehpur, was to deliver, her hemoglobin is 5.5 grams and blood group is B positive. The doctor advised her to get 2 units of blood transfusion. One unit was donated by the attendant, there was no blood donor for the second unit, Indian Red Cross Society Chairman Dr. Anurag Srivastava came to know about this, he immediately arranged for both the units from Shyam Blood Bank. Praveen Prasun Srivastava from Shyam Blood Bank was present on this occasion.
