Program Description
On the eve of Independence Day, today on 14/8/24, a blood donation camp was organized in District Hospital Blood Center and Punjab National Bank Civil Lines under the aegis of Indian Red Cross Society. The blood donation camp was inaugurated in Punjab National Bank by cutting the ribbon by Chief Development Officer Pawan Kumar Meena ji and in District Hospital Blood Center by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajiv Nayan Giri ji. Chairman Dr. Anurag Srivastava honored Chief Development Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Prabhakant Singh by garlanding and presenting shawl. 6 blood donations took place in District Hospital Blood Center and 13 in Punjab National Bank, a total of 19 blood donations. Among the blood donors of District Hospital Blood Center are Ashish Kumar Tiwari, retired bank manager, Dr. Nishat Shahabuddin District Tuberculosis Officer, Kapil Kumar, KK Singh, Gyanendra Singh, Vinay Kumar and among the blood donors of the bank are bank manager Naman Agarwal, Indrajit Tiwari, Ambrish Kumar Chauhan, Shiv Bahadur Singh, Manish Shukla, Ajit Kumar, Ankit Mishra, Amit Singh, Balmukund Das, Vimlesh Kumar, Satyaprakash and Raghav Shukla, Shikhar who donated blood for the first time were present and 25 people also registered to donate blood in the next Red Cross camp. All the blood donors were felicitated by the Chief Development Officer and Chief Medical Officer by giving them medals and certificates and the manager of Punjab National Bank was felicitated by presenting a shawl and a memento for his special contribution in the blood donation camp. The Chief Development Officer encouraged all the blood donors by praising the social work being done by the Indian Red Cross Society. Fruits were distributed to all the blood donors by social worker Mrs. Padmini Shrivastava. On this occasion, Secretary Ajit Singh, Sarvesh Gupta, Dr. V.K. Chaudhary, Sanjay Shrivastava, Shravan Kumar Gupta, Amit Shrivastava Advocate, Angad Singh, Suresh Shrivastava, Himanshu Shrivastava, Rakesh Kumar and Professor Dr. Chandravati, Dr. Anuj, Dr. from the blood center were present. Shivam, Technical Supervisor Ashok Shukla, Deepali Verma, Brij Kishore, Pooja Tiwari, Narendra Singh, Govind Prasad, Ajay Kumar, Medical College DMLT student Abhishek Prajapati, Arpit Patel, Aman Singh, Rishi Gupta, Diksha Tiwari were present.
