World Red Cross Day was organized by Red Cross Society branch Bhadohi at the Red Cross Society campus office under the chairmanship of Red Cross Society President and District Magistrate Shri Vishal Singh. The program was started by District Magistrate President Red Cross by garlanding the portrait of Red Cross founder Henry Dunnet and lighting the lamp. The District Magistrate said that Red Cross was established to serve humanity by rising above caste and religion. Red Cross should prepare two volunteers in every gram panchayat by training the volunteers. At the time of disaster so that help can reach immediately. Shri Yam Ai Khan highlighted the work done by Red Cross in the district. Treasurer Shri Harendra Pratap Singh presented the annual report and thanked the guests.
