Sitapur. On the occasion of World Red Cross Day on 8th May, Indian Red Cross Society Sitapur organized a first aid awareness program and poster competition on this year's theme Keeping Humanity Alive.

The workshop was inaugurated by Vice Chairman Farhat Baig alias Sunny. He gave detailed information to the students present about the history of Red Cross and told how the Red Cross came into existence and today we celebrate the birthday of the founder of Red Cross, Ser Jean Henry Dunot. Celebrate on occasion. Service to humanity is the greatest religion. First Aid Master Trainers Riyaz Ahmed and Hasnain Sajid gave information about first aid to the students in which information was given about CPR, bleeding, choking, burn and fire, fracture, measures to prevent heat stroke etc. On this occasion, Red Cross Vice Chairman Farhat Baig, First Aid Trainer Riyaz Ahmed, Hasnain Sajid, Mahendra Pal, Mukul Gupta, etc. were present.
