Program Description
On the occasion of International Yoga Day 21 June 2023, Yoga Week (15 June to 21 June 2023) was inaugurated at Tarachand Vedic Putri Degree College, Muzaffar Nagar. In which the girl students were given information about Yoga Day, Yoga Week, Ayush and Ashtanga Yoga and were made to practice Asanas and Pranayama. The program was organized by Dr. Rajiv Kumar Vice Chairman Indian Red Cross Society under the direction of Mr. Arvind Mallappa Bangari District Magistrate / President Indian Red Cross Society and Dr. Ashok Arora Chairman Indian Red Cross Society. On this occasion, a quiz was also organized on the subject of Yoga, in which the successful students/participants were encouraged by presenting mementos.
