On the occasion of World Red Cross Day, a blood donation camp was organized by the district branch at the Red Cross building located in Bhinga Shravasti, which was inaugurated by Chairman Arun Kumar Mishra and Vice President Dr. Sharda Prasad Tiwari. A total of 42 units of blood were donated in the camp, which were stored in the blood bank located at the United District Hospital. Along with this, an awareness program was organized by Junior Red Cross at Pravi Agardiha Shravasti. Where under the guidance of Dr. Anand Tripathi, a lifelong member of Children Red Cross, the children explained the importance of blood donation and first aid to the public through plays.
