Sonbhadra - Nutritious diet given to children suffering from tuberculosis.

Sonbhadra - On the special request of the President of the Indian Red Cross Society Uttar Pradesh State, Hon'ble Governor Madam Anandiben Patel, the members of the Red Cross branch in the district have adopted children from different blocks suffering from tuberculosis. In this sequence, on 6th September 2022, members of Indian Red Cross branch were given nutritious food to children suffering from tuberculosis at Sai Hospital and Nursing College in the district.

Anupama Singh, Managing Director of Sai Hospital had a special contribution in this work. He suggested the children to take up studies, sports and nutritious diet and at the same time encouraged the children to complete the course of medicine.

On this occasion, Dr. Sanjay Singh, District Tuberculosis Officer of Sai Hospital, Dr. Kirti Azad Bind, Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Government Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society branch, Dr. Suman Kumar, Members Mr. Amit Chandel, Mr. Rupesh Jaiswal, Mr. Vinay Kumar Srivastava, Shri Dharmendra Kumar Jaiswal, Shri Vijay Jaiswal etc. were present.
