On the occasion of Senior Citizen's Day by Indian Red Cross Society Deoria today, 11 senior citizens of rural areas were honored with organ clothes. Along with this, a kit containing soap, paste, bucket etc. was also given. Akhilendra Shahi, deputy chairman of Indian Red Cross Society, Uttar Pradesh and secretary of Deoria, said that these senior citizens are our source of inspiration. We get inspiration from them to fight with every difficulty with our self-power even in adverse circumstances of life.

On this occasion, life members of Indian Red Cross Society Deoria Dr GPN Singh, Anand Shahi, Nityanand Jaiswal, Umesh Shahi, Sonu Pandey, Idris Ansari, Awadhesh Rawat etc. were present. These elders showered many blessings on the Indian Red Cross Society as well as all those present.
